The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain to users of the website www.cantaio.co.il and of the Cantaio application, operated by Cantaio Ltd. (hereinafter, respectively, "the Website", "the Application" and "the Company"), the privacy policy applied on the Website and in the Application, and to describe how the Company will use information, how it is collected and how it is used. The Company may edit or change the Privacy Policy from time to time, and your use of the Website or the Application, and/or of the services they offer as part of the services of the Company, after an updated privacy statement has been updated and published, constitutes your consent to such change. The Website and the Application collect information about their users, with the aim of improving the quality and nature of the services they provide. Several types of information are stored:

General Information

General information about users of the Website and/or the Application, on an aggregate and anonymous basis, in order to improve and streamline the quality and nature of the services provided through them, in a manner that does not allow any identifying information or personal details to be associated with the information. Information that will be collected by the Company and/or anyone on its behalf from a user as part of the ongoing services provided to you, including your usage habits of the services of the Company, the hours and days, the type of use you make, the amount of use, the frequency of use, the type of activity, the area of activity and the like.

Location Information

The Application collects information that includes your location, by means of information sent by the mobile device on which the Application is installed. The Company will use information about your location solely to provide you with the services you ordered.

Your approval of this Privacy Policy and/or your provision of any information about yourself through the Website or the Application or in any other way constitutes your consent to allow the Company to use your details in order to provide you with the services you requested on the Website and/or in the Application and/or to improve them, as well as for receiving mail, whether by regular mail, by email or by any other means, including offers with marketing and advertising content, and for statistical processing, data segmentation and more. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, you have the right to notify us that you do not wish to do so by email at [email protected] and/or not to approve this Privacy Policy.

The Company may, and you permit the Company to, store information it collects about you in its databases and use it, subject to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the provisions of any law.

For the ongoing operation of the Website, including for collecting information, verifying details and adapting to your preferences, the Website uses and/or will use "cookies". The Company shall not be responsible for any use made by a financial institution and/or another party of information provided to it about you, and any infringement of your rights by a third party shall be its sole responsibility.

The Company shall not be deemed to have breached a privacy undertaking or to have infringed the privacy of a user due to any information, as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995, that may identify a user or allow another to trace them, arising from the use of electronic means of communication in general and computer communications in particular.

Whenever you wish to review the information we hold about you and update it, or alternatively ask us to delete personal information about you or all the details collected about you, you have the right to contact us by email at [email protected]. Within 30 business days, the details you asked for will be deleted, except for details that are essential for us to keep. Please note that such deletion may affect some of the services you receive through the Website and the Application.
